Liyuan Woo currently serves as the chief financial officer at TOCA Football, a technology-based category creator and platform for the global soccer community, combining MLS level rigorous training with fully immersive soccer-themed social experiences for all ages. 

Ms. Woo has more than 25 years of experience building and creating infrastructure to enable aggressive global scaling while promoting profitability and providing leadership through turnaround situations. She most recently served as the CFO of The Beauty Health Company, where she took the company public, scaled the global organization to 16 direct countries,  and raised close to $1 billion in capital. Ms. Woo was the COO and CFO of The VOID, a highly-rated VR brand introducing consumers to fully immersive, location-based, hyper-reality experiences. Prior to the VOID, Ms. Woo was the executive vice president, CFO at SharkNinja, a multi-billion dollar consumer electronic product portfolio category creator focused on innovation and marketing. At SharkNinja, Ms. Woo was in charge of finance, capital raising and allocation, legal and strategic initiatives involving global expansion, and mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, as a director of Alix Partners, Ms. Woo acted as CFO during Gymboree Group’s multi-billion dollar restructuring process. Additionally, she partnered with other executive members to establish a strategic plan, supply chain hub in Asia, and international expansion opportunities. Before that, Ms. Woo was the CFO of bebe stores, a publicly traded global multi-channel fashion brand. During her six years with bebe, she was responsible for all aspects of finance and operations.

Ms. Woo started her career with the consulting firm Deloitte in its mergers and acquisitions transaction services and financial advisory functions. During her 13 years with Deloitte, she provided financial advisory services to public and private companies for M&A transactions, IPOs, and growth initiatives.
