ORLANDO, FL – Shawmut recently completed its twelfth restaurant for Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House. Located at 9150 International Drive in Orlando, the new 15,575 square foot restaurant spans two floors and, formerly, two buildings. Shawmut and its partners, Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group and Aria Group Architects, seamlessly merged two separate structures to create one breathtaking space.

The team, working along an accelerated schedule, reduced the length of the project finishing ahead of the anticipated completion date. The restaurant includes an inviting main dining area, four private dining rooms, two bars, and two sure-to-be-in-demand outdoor seating spaces—the patio and second floor balcony.

The project team installed high-end finishes and a custom sculptural lighting package throughout the space. A feature staircase connects the two floors and is accented with custom handrails and antique mirrors. For the wine lover (and, really, who isn't one?), the restaurant has several wine displays and wine closets to house an impressive list of over 1,200 labels!
