You can’t walk down New York’s major retail thoroughfares without coming across an iconic flagship that Joe Rosati built. From the Bucherer TimeMachine and Louis Vuitton on 57th Street, to PUMA, NBA, and Victoria’s Secret flagships on Fifth Avenue, to Bottega Veneta’s largest store in the world on Madison Avenue.
From a full fit-out of landmarked 19th-century townhouses to bring Bottega Veneta’s Maison concept to life, to the careful engineering and installation of 231 glass pieces and 460 lights to realize PUMA’s tread-inspired façade, Joe delivers stunning, award-winning spaces. His experience ranges from working with the finest finishes in the world to cutting-edge technology (including virtual reality). He acts as a true partner to clients, taking the time to understand their goals and becoming an extension of their team, which allows him to deliver final products that exceed expectations and drive foot traffic and sales.
Joe is committed to building up the future leaders of the industry. He is a mentor in Shawmut’s mentorship program and a member of CoreNet Philadelphia, connecting with other CRE professionals to advance knowledge, promote personal and industry excellence, and add value through innovation and knowledge-sharing. Joe previously volunteered with Rebuilding Together NYC, lending his skills to revitalize community spaces for low-income local residents.
