Reimagining and modernization of 116 Huntington Avenue, a 271,000-square-foot Class A office property in Boston’s historic Back Bay district. The extensive renovation included the lobby, terraces, and exterior enhancements.

A standout feature of the renovation is the construction of two new outdoor terraces, providing nearly 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space for tenants. The interior was updated to open access to a large, distinctive oculus window, enhancing natural light on the penthouse floors and allowing for flexible customization options.
