Shawmut brought Chef Costas Spiliadis’ global culinary sensation to Hudson Yards, one of six restaurants the team worked on at the new development. Encompassing two floors of the 55 Hudson Yards tower, the fit-out included the addition of a 2,500 square-foot yogurt bar, a front-of-house kitchen, and retail shop on the fifth floor. The main dining area, bar, and outdoor dining terrace are located on the 13,500 square-foot, sixth floor space. The restaurant features bespoke Dinesen wood floors on the sixth floor dining area and Dionysus marble on all other floors, including the spiral staircase. European white oak millwork and plaster finishes on the walls and ceilings complement the overall minimal and clean design.
