Noteworthy: The first-ever Nobu Hotel in the Midwest, Shawmut's work on the new 12-story hotel included 115 guest rooms and suites, The Rooftop at Nobu, flexible meeting and event space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor serenity swimming pool, and signature Nobu restaurant. Finishes include intricate built-in millwork, custom artwork, and the use of textured and natural materials with Japanese roots.
