250 Centre Street is a six-story, multi-residential new construction featuring 110 rental units and 1,550 square feet of commercial space, along with community areas and on-site parking. This transit-oriented development is strategically located adjacent to the MBTA Jackson Square Station in Jamaica Plain, built on former MassDOT and MBTA-owned vacant lots. The project targets LEED® Silver certification.

The building offers a diverse range of housing options: 7 studio units, 69 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units, and 4 three-bedroom units, catering to community needs. Residents enjoy proximity to shopping centers, cultural and outdoor amenities, and a vibrant neighborhood with nightlife and dining options.

Amenities include an elevator for accessibility, central air conditioning, a community area for programming, a 24-hour fitness facility, and a courtyard with green space and a grilling area for community enjoyment.

250 Centre Street is a key component of the Jackson Square Redevelopment Initiative (JSRI), a collaborative effort involving The Community Builders (TCB), Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC), Urban Edge, and the City of Boston, aimed at revitalizing over 8 acres of vacant land and creating more than 300 units of affordable housing in the Jackson Square neighborhood.
