The project included the West Tower lobby, corporate offices, fitness center, and over 50,000 square feet of laboratory space. The lobby features an advanced lighting system with programmable walls, backlit ceilings, and pillars that shift throughout the day, simulating weather patterns or a starry sky. Custom J-shaped seating integrates over 40 wooden pieces anchored to steel supports beneath Italian terra cotta flooring. The office fit-out includes a “living wall” made from hundreds of reclaimed wood pieces. Polished concrete, glass walls, and stretched PVC ceilings contribute to the clean, modern aesthetic. The project achieved LEED® Silver certification.
