A design-build renovation transformed this historic 1926 dormitory into a modern living-learning community for 730 students. The phased project included exterior envelope restoration, 100% window replacement, and significant MEP upgrades—all while maintaining continuous student occupancy. Achieving LEED Gold Certification, the residence now features enhanced privacy in reconfigured suites, new study and music rooms, and a 20,000-square-foot public pocket park.
