In just 16 weeks, the Shawmut team completed the full Caesars Palace Las Vegas room renovation across all 20 floors of the Colosseum Tower, which encompassed 440 rooms along with corridors, elevators, and lobbies. It was crucial the rooms were ready ahead of both the F1 race and Super Bowl, and the team met the schedule in the fully operational resort by working on two floors at a time.
This tenant improvement project in to a two-story building in Hollywood created a double-height space for creative offices. The project included significant parking improvements, hardscaping and landscaping, and the creation of ADA compliant restrooms.
