Shawmut has built for Chanel across the country on the most prestigious streets in retail, including Rodeo Drive, Newbury Street, Worth Avenue, and Madison Avenue, as well as within numerous high-profile malls. The team has completed seven flagship stores, each representing a signature prototype design and including stone and facade work, millwork, and distinctive finishes. On Madison Avenue, Shawmut completed Chanel’s first full-size jewelry boutique which is accompanied by a separate but connected full-size accessory boutique. The team completely renovated the flagship on East 57th Street, remodeling the high-end, multiple-floor boutique and corporate offices (which Shawmut had fit-out nearly 13 years before).
