Commprehensive three-phase renovation of computational dry labs, biology wet labs, and adjacent office spaces. The project involved both new construction and full renovation, including laboratory casework, equipment, MEP systems, and lighting. Key additions included a new fly containment chamber and modifications to fume hoods and enclosures to support new utilities. Challenges included working within an occupied building with access limited to public areas, necessitating advance scheduling of shutdowns to minimize disruption to laboratory operations.
