Eden Park Elementary School, originally built in 1951, underwent a significant renovation to align with Cranston Public Schools’ vision for modern learning environments. The project included transforming the central wing’s main entry into a safe, welcoming, and ADA accessible entrance. The 10,000-square-foot West Wing was fully renovated into a contemporary learning community for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades, featuring flexible, multi-use spaces and a centralized Learning Commons. This project, the city’s first CM-at-Risk endeavor, required a hands-on approach due to its compressed summer schedule and set a new standard for educational spaces in the district.
