Shawmut partnered with the Four Seasons to revitalize its Westlake Village resort with a phased multi-million dollar transformation. The campus-wide program included 300 guestroom renovations and all of the common areas including hallways, meeting spaces, ballroom event spaces, and lobbies. Shawmut completed the first phase, completely remodeling the hotel’s four restaurants – Coin & Candor, Onyx, Avalon, and Prosperous Penny – in just over three months. All work was completed while the hotel was fully operational, requiring limited work hours, night work, and extensive logistical coordination in order to avoid disrupting both guests and staff.
