At George Washington University, a Design-Led Design-Build approach facilitated rapid planning and early selection of systems for a comprehensive fit-out renovation. The project included updates to four student entries, a “Tin Tabernacle Club” area, a “Concession” area, and an “All Sports Corridor,” as well as enhancements to the seating area of the existing GWU Basketball Court. This renovation required meticulous coordination within the occupied campus, ensuring effective communication with student activities and maintaining a focus on student safety and timely delivery.
