To bring Happy Camper to Fashion Show, Shawmut demolished an existing restaurant and added a new roof system, dining area, and two new cocktail bars. To expand capacity to 230 patrons, the team installed a retractable roof for an indoor-outdoor area. To construct the space that’s right on Las Vegas Boulevard and surrounded by active restaurants, the team coordinated extensively for the crane work and on-time material delivery to ensure the seamless flow of traffic and tenant operations.
