The Woodman Family Community & Performance Center is a newly constructed 36,000-square-foot multi-use facility designed to accommodate up to 540 people for a variety of events, including musical and theatrical performances, exhibitions, workshops, worship services, dances, campus gatherings, and school ceremonies. The center features a café, circulation spaces, a woodshop/scene shop, classrooms, theater support areas, and the campus’s new central heating plant located in the basement.

Connected to the existing 11,000-square-foot Walter Jones Library—renovated into a state-of-the-art learning and resource center—the new center boasts high-end finishes and advanced systems, including audiovisual equipment, theater rigging, dimming, and motorized seating units. A key highlight is the NIVOflex platform system and telescoping seating, which provide exceptional flexibility for hosting various events. The seating can be retracted, and the NIVOflex flooring can be leveled with the main floor for larger gatherings, with options for an orchestra pit or multiple seating levels.
