This dynamic learning facility features a 21,400 square-foot Academic Inquiry Center, which includes a 10,000 square-foot Putnam Library, various meeting rooms equipped with AV capabilities, and faculty office spaces. Adjacent to it, the Baker Science Building received a comprehensive 31,650 square-foot renovation. A new campus-facing entry and lab addition bridge the existing architecture with the new Inquiry Center. Located centrally on campus, the school will remain fully operational throughout the construction process.

The Academic Inquiry Center encompasses a reading room, quiet study areas, a glassroom, a rare books storage room, five small meeting rooms, four classrooms, and two innovation classrooms. The renovation of the Baker Science Building involved updating seven existing classrooms/labs, adding two new classrooms/labs (biology and chemistry), a physics electronics/robotics workroom, a bio/chem project room with a fume hood, and two physics classrooms/labs, along with a new building entry facing the campus.
