Shawmut’s partnership with Primark spans nearly 450,000 square feet of work on 10+ projects across northeast, southeast, and midwest locations. Most notably, the Primark Chicago flagship required a full gut renovation of the four-story building. Located on the corner of Chicago’s bustling State Street, the team’s exterior work spanned the installation of nine new exterior columns and more than 1,900 lights—including 520 square feet of LED panels in the new canopy and vestibule.
