The project features two 216-bed residential wings connected by a first-floor core with a fitness center, gaming room, multipurpose spaces, and administrative areas. A three-story lounge with maple paneling and a 12-foot-wide bluestone fireplace is a highlight just off the entrance lobby. Architectural features include two glass stair towers at either end of the residential wings. The sitework included a central courtyard, landscaping, and underground utility upgrades. The exterior materials—glass, brick, and copper siding—were selected to complement nearby campus buildings.
