The renovation of the two-story, members-only club for Soho House was second-nature to Shawmut, who had built the original building from the ground-up on the Pacific Coast Highway and above Carbon Beach. The 7,425 square foot exclusive club features a bar, dining room, sitting room, and two terraces. Having worked on the site before, the team knew what precautions to take to protect the structure from natural elements.
