The first state-constructed Net Zero Energy (NZE) building in Connecticut, this four-story, 60,000-square-foot School of Business is a model of sustainable design. Equipped with solar panels and a geothermal field, the building produces enough renewable energy to meet its own annual energy consumption. Inside, it features nine classrooms, specialized labs, a 100-seat auditorium, and spaces for financial market and data analytics. With cutting-edge design and a commitment to environmental leadership, this project positions the university at the forefront of both academic excellence and sustainable innovation. LEED® v4 certification is in progress.
