Harvard University – 100 South Campus Drive
Allston, MA
This renovation of a historic 1923 structure on an occupied campus included a full exterior restoration and interior renovation to enhance accessibility and modernize the space. The project introduced ADA accessibility, additional classrooms, a new elevator, and upgraded MEP/FP and fire alarm systems. The work was completed in two phases: exterior masonry and window restoration followed by comprehensive interior construction. Notably, the former Study Hall was transformed into the Horton Center for Learning, supporting students with diverse learning styles.
