Bent Hall, a prominent 70,000 square-foot, four-story building on St. John’s University’s Queens campus, houses the Peter J. Tobin School of Business. The renovation project modernized the facility with a revamped lobby area and selective upgrades to the curtain wall. The interior transformation included the creation of full-height private faculty and staff offices, flexible collaboration spaces, specialized labs, and large seminar areas. The project also introduced new classrooms, conference rooms, and support spaces, along with updated restrooms and a complete overhaul of the building’s mechanical infrastructure.

The enhancements to Bent Hall were executed while the campus remained occupied, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing academic activities. The renovation significantly improves functionality and aesthetics, providing a modern and versatile environment that supports the school’s educational mission and fosters a collaborative learning atmosphere.
