Anchored by Brown’s School of Professional Studies, Johnson & Johnson, and the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC), which serves as an incubator and co-working facility, Point225 is designed to foster the development of innovative companies.

This project is a key component of Providence’s Innovation and Design District, a vibrant hub for life sciences research and entrepreneurial activity. The scope included new construction of the core/shell office space, emphasizing life sciences, and the renovation of One Ship Street for interim tenant use during development. Point225 achieved LEED® Gold certification.
