Paul Praylo is an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record directing financial and business operations for global companies. Over the past 30+ years, he has become a trusted member of senior leadership teams for NVR, Inc. and AECOM, with demonstrated expertise navigating organizations through aggressive growth and entrepreneurial, cash-restricted environments.

Mr. Praylo most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for NVR, Inc.—a Fortune 500 homebuilding and mortgage banking company—where he provided operational leadership and directed product and market expansion strategies.  Prior to NVR, he progressed through multiple leadership positions over a 20-year career with AECOM, culminating in his role as the Chief Operating Officer for Construction Services. Mr. Praylo was pivotal in growing the business from $2B to $7B+ over a seven-year period by generating organic growth opportunities as well as coordinating strategy and integration of four acquisitions.

Mr. Praylo combines his strong business operations acumen with extensive financial leadership experience to expertly manage financial risks and controls. At AECOM, he served as CFO/COO of Construction Services for more than five years and spent over ten years as the CFO for Tishman Construction. In addition, his early career includes finance and accounting positions for Deloitte & Touche.
