Noteworthy: Renovation transformed the school’s main entry in the central wing into a safe, welcoming, and ADA accessible entrance. A full renovation to the 10,000 square-foot West Wing transformed the space into a new, 21st-century 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade learning community with flexible and multi-use spaces and a centralized learning common. Due to the compressed summer schedule, the project marked the first-ever CM-at-Risk project for the city, requiring a hands-on approach.
