Noteworthy: The project included the relocation of an existing triple-decker home to the lot across the street in order to accommodate the addition. The move, while done directly for the school, needed Shawmut’s expertise in managing the intricate process of coordinating all municipal stakeholders and then relocating the home with our own forces.
