Noteworthy: The project involved the creation of a new 168,000 gross square foot middle and high school complex that serves 820 students in grades 6-12. The 22-acre project site was occupied by the existing 55,000 gsf Lunenburg High School, which served 585 students in grades 8-12. The building remained in full operation throughout construction.
