Noteworthy: Shawmut, in partnership with Utile Design, developed “The Barn” for Belmont Day School. The building features a field house that includes two basketball courts, changing facilities, and a reception area, plus a wing comprising four workshop-style classroom spaces, offices, and meeting space. Inside the field house, there are two side-by-side dual-use basketball and tennis courts with multiple garage doors that open out to two outdoor tennis courts.
