Noteworthy: New elementary school (grades 3-5) serving 635 students to replace the aging and outdated David Mindess Elementary School. The new school is situated north of the existing in a large field and a wooded area populated with trails and pathways for student and community use. The new school will target Net-Zero ready construction including a geothermal well-fed mechanical system.
