Noteworthy: Renovations to eight-story building built in 1910 and originally used as a residential hotel with a basement service kitchen, converted to family housing in 1920 by Teachers College. The renovation was sensitive to the historical fabric of the building, preserved this asset, and extended its viability as a residence for college students.
