Noteworthy: Two-phase design-build project involving the physical relocation of a four-story historic house and renovation. Through months of extensive planning, permitting, and programming Shawmut successfully relocated and set the structure on a new foundation. The renovation included an addition to the house, a new grade-level connector, internal elevator and stair core, a two-story bridge, and extensive M/E/P and cosmetic upgrades throughout.
