Noteworthy: Shawmut transformed the historic Blanchard Campus Center into a new community center. The dining addition, capable of seating 1,000, is equipped with nine serving stations, and the kitchen has 14 hoods. Shawmut consolidated the student life services into a centralized location. And created a space with a coffeehouse/pub-style. A central fireplace is incorporated into a recreational space with game tables and seating. The Student Life Hub has conference rooms, private office spaces, and open areas for students to have a workspace dedicated to improving their experience.
