Noteworthy: This public-private partnership (P3) project, the first-ever residence hall on the campus of UMass Boston, created 1,077 beds for freshmen and transfer students, and five apartments for resident directors, along with flexible living/learning spaces, a vibrant ground-floor, indoor and outdoor commons, and a dining facility of approximately 30,000 gross square feet with 700 seats for residents and the entire campus community.
