Noteworthy: Working in one of Brickell's iconic towers, Shawmut completed a multi-phased renovation of the main lobby, mezzanine, and fifth floor amenities space, including fitness center, offices, and conference rooms. 801 Brickell has an architecturally distinctive design unique to the Miami Central Business District, and the renovations created a more natural, open lobby experience and state-of-the-art tenants center.
