Noteworthy: Culture Kings is a two-level flagship store that is not only a retail space for the streetwear brand's merchandise, but hosts a bar, DJ stage, half basketball court, interactive displays, prize vending machines, a recording studio, and secret VIP experience area. The project won Building Project of the Year in the NCA Contractor of the Year Awards and earned an Award of Merit in the Office/Retail/Mixed-Use category at the ENR Southwest Best Projects Awards.
