Noteworthy: With the use of scaffolding on the west, work was completed over a high-traffic pedestrian passageway, requiring extensive public safety measures to be taken and monitored. On the east facade, the mast climber was installed by crane within feet of I-93, so precautions were once again not taken lightly.
