Noteworthy: Located on Malibu’s Carbon Beach in a seismic-prone area, the project required an extensive pre-construction phase, which utilized BIM to support decision-making from the earliest conceptual stages, through design and construction to guide this complex project. Shawmut has completed six locations nationwide.
