Noteworthy: The space occupies a split level, including an old café on the lower level and office space above. Although the old space had been updated for commercial fittings in the past, bringing it up-to-date was a challenge. Existing slabs and tie-in of base building MEPs were the biggest challenges along with tie-ins to brewing equipment.
