Noteworthy: Shawmut partnered with the Four Seasons to revitalize its Westlake Village resort. The campus-wide program included 300 guestroom renovations and five specialty restaurant upgrades. All work was completed while the hotel was fully operational, requiring limited work hours, night work, and extensive logistical coordination in order to avoid disrupting both guests and staff.
