Noteworthy: For Grupo Hunan’s first U.S. project, they entrusted Shawmut to bring their concept to life at the famed Grove in Los Angeles. The two-story restaurant features ground-level marketplace and casual dining, fine dining on the second floor, and 20 different types of handmade tiles from Mexico throughout. The Grove remained fully occupied and operational during Alma’s construction, and the Shawmut team seamlessly worked to mitigate disturbances.
