Noteworthy: The Shawmut team worked on a fast-track schedule that was pushed from 17 weeks to an accelerated 15 weeks, working 10 hours a day, seven days a week for a month and a half to meet the turnover date. Located along the Hudson River, there are breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.
