Noteworthy: Shawmut, together with David Bucovy Architect and Alain Carle Architecte, brings Chef Costas Spiliadis’ global culinary sensation to Hudson Yards. Encompassing two floors of 55 Hudson Yards tower, the fit-out includes the addition of a 2,500 square foot yogurt bar, a front of house kitchen, and retail shop on the fifth floor. The main dining area, bar, and outdoor dining terrace are located on the 13,500-squarefoot, sixth floor space. To maintain a welcoming venue where Chef Spiliadis shares his mission of simplicity and connection, the restaurant features bespoke Dinesen wood floors on the sixth floor dining area and Dionysus marble on all other floors and spiral staircase. European white oak millwork and plaster finishes on the walls and ceilings complement the overall minimal and clean design.
