Noteworthy: Small Batch Restaurant, located in the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY is a 7,000 square-foot restaurant with some unique design finishes. Designed by Bentel & Bentel Architects, and Next Step Design for Food Service, there were some interesting design concepts incorporated into this project, including the millwork ceiling beams and slats design, an open concept cooking area, and marble partitions that were removed and re-installed into the new bathrooms.
